Editorial Policy
How we build, write, and source the living archive. A commitment to transparency in the age of digital synthesis.
The Standard
Our guidelines for maintaining an ethical, accurate, and visually stunning digital encyclopedia.
1. Artificial Intelligence
Mihrath embraces modern technology to explore ancient history. We utilize Artificial Intelligence models to assist in the synthesis of complex research, fact structuring, and the drafting of initial encyclopedic summaries.
However, AI is used strictly as an assistive tool. All final articles are curated, reviewed, and shaped by human editorial intent to ensure the narrative aligns with our high standards of archival preservation.
2. Visual Archives & Imagery
The visual integrity of Mihrath is paramount. The imagery found within this encyclopedia is sourced exclusively through three ethical channels:
- AI Generation: Bespoke conceptual illustrations generated via advanced AI image models.
- Public Domain: Historical artifacts and photography residing firmly in the public domain.
- Creative Commons: Appropriately licensed imagery, with full attribution provided to the original creators in accordance with CC guidelines.
3. Research Synthesis
Mihrath does not scrape or copy text from other publications. We operate by studying established historical facts, peer-reviewed research, and primary sources, and then synthesizing that knowledge into entirely original, accessible formats for our readers.
